How it Works 

Wheel it Forward makes it easy to borrow and donate durable medical equipment.

Borrow Equipment

  1. Join the library

  2. Select equipment

  3. Make a suggested donation

  4. Sign a liability waiver

  5. Arrange for pick-up

Delivery may be available on a case by case basis. Please call (203) 652-8600 with any concerns and leave a brief message.

Donate Equipment

  1. Review list of accepted equipment

  2. Complete brief equipment donation form

  3. Arrange for drop off or pick-up

  4. Get a tax donation receipt
